01 · The annual programme
Four visits, in the right order.
The main issue is the spider webbing inside the house, so the first visit starts there — establishing an ant and crawler barrier around the home, spot-treating the spiders inside, and placing rodent stations. The second visit completes the external spider work. From then on, the year is about watching what changes and treating only what needs it.
Complete spider protection
A full external spider-web treatment around the house, with targeted gel applications inside where they will be most useful.
Maintain & monitor
Service the rodent stations, review the perimeter and check how ant, crawler and spider activity has responded since the first two visits.
Ongoing protection
A final scheduled check, station service and focused maintenance treatment guided by what the property is showing us at the time.
02 · Before the first visit
Almost nothing to do.
The visit is designed so the household barely notices it happened. A few things help, none of them are essential.
Nothing to prepare inside
You don't need to empty cupboards or leave the house. We work around your day and keep product use inside to a minimum.
Access along the outside walls
The perimeter treatment works best with clear access to the base of the walls. Anything stored against the house can simply be moved on the day.
Let us know about pets
If dogs or cats are on site, tell us when we book the visit. It shapes where rodent stations go and how we treat around the garden.
We agree the date with you first
Every visit is scheduled around you. If a date doesn't suit, it moves — that's part of the programme.
03 · Between visits
A little goes a long way.
You don't need to do anything between visits. But if you want the results to hold longer, these four habits are the ones that matter.

Note where activity shows
Fresh webs, an ant trail, droppings in the garage — a quick photo on your phone is enough. It directs exactly where the next treatment goes.

Leave the rodent stations where they are
The stations only tell us something if they stay put. If one is genuinely in the way, call us and we'll reposition it on the next visit.

Trim growth touching the walls
Vegetation against the house is the single biggest reason webbing returns. A clearance of a hand's width makes a visible difference.

Wipe ant trails, don't spray them
Supermarket sprays fragment an ant colony and often make the problem worse. Wipe the trail with soapy water and leave the rest to us.
